Collections Officer

The office of the Benton County Attorney is seeking two entry level collections officers. 

Experience in a phone based collection or related business is essential.  In addition to this candidates should have experience working in a law office or other legally related positions.  Experience with the Electronic Data Management System is a plus.  Candidate should have an assertive personality and have experience dealing with dispute resolution over the phone.  Candidates should possess independent working skills and work well within a team environment.  Candidates must pass a background check.  Starting salary is $35,750.00.
