We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Part-Time Coordinator for our Flight Simulation Labs. As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for the maintenance, programming, and technical support of five FAA-certified flight simulators. Your role will play a crucial part in ensuring the functionality and availability of these simulators for our aviation training programs. In addition, you will oversee the scheduling system, ensuring that our resources are efficiently utilized.

- FAA certificated pilot��CFI preferred.
- Prior experience in the maintenance and operation of FAA-certified flight simulators is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with aviation software and programming languages used in simulator systems is a plus.
- Associate degree in aviation, aeronautics or a related degree. Bachelor's degree in aviation, aeronautics or a related degree preferred.
- 1 year of aviation flight-related experience.
- Simulator Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance checks, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate repairs to ensure that all five flight simulators are in optimal working condition.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and assistance to instructors, students, and staff using the simulators, resolving any issues that may arise during training sessions.
- Scheduling Oversight: Manage and optimize the scheduling system to ensure that simulators are allocated efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing utilization.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on simulator usage, technical issues, and maintenance activities, providing insights for improvement and decision-making.
- Equipment Inventory: Maintain an inventory of simulator components, ensuring the availability of spare parts and coordinating procurement as necessary.
