The Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst will work within the business to develop, maintain, and analyze reporting for specific digital marketing customers. He/She must possess strong expertise in data management, SQL scripting, BigQuery, and other reporting tools. He/She must also be an excellent communicator and partner in order to achieve streamlined workflows, processes, and efficiencies.
About Your Responsibilities:
The Digital Marketing Reporting Analyst will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure reporting setup, maintenance, accuracy, and completion for specific customers within the Post Sales Organization. Assist and communicate with sales and service team members from across departments in reporting needs and implementation. He/She will be responsible for improving current processes and reporting for specific customers as well as managing future reporting deliverables.
Strong proficiency in managing multiple priorities, communication, task organization and execution are required.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and deliver data and reporting for specific high spending customers
- Responsible for creating new, modifying existing, and performing ad-hoc reporting in support of client reporting functions
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
- Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to relevant teams and personnel
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout
- Support various departments, particularly operations, in ways to further enhance and continuedly improve reporting efficacies
About You:
- Experience in SQL, SAP, BigQuery, object-oriented programming and other data analysis programs to create various reporting methods
- Must possess a year of experience performing data extraction, cleansing, validation, modeling, interpretation and reporting within specific customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
- Must work with database and automation script developers to solution repeatable data analysis capabilities
- Must have reasonable educational or professional experience with data extraction solutions like SQL or others, experience with data visualization solutions and statistical data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
- General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Business
The annualized base salary for this role will range between $38,700 and $93,150. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
