Office Administrative Assistant
Should have skills and experience to work in a busy legal office. Office 365; Outlook; Word; Excell. Must be able to answer the phone in a courteous, professional manner. Scan and upload documents to Case Management System. Able to utilize on-line conferencing such as Zoom or Teams. Able to work with a wide variety of people; interview clients; obtain compliance documents from new clients and scan and upload these documents to the case management system. Must be able to review the needs of the office for office supplies such as paper, envelopes, pens; must be able to utilize Stamps.com for postage requirements and take mail to the local post office; Must be able to run to the courthouse each day and check the court mail box for documents. Must be able to work independently and network as needed with co-workers in the other offices. Should have reliable transportation and be able to work full time in an 8-5 office.
