We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance, Repair, Remodeling person to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

Apartment turnovers

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall, snow clearing, appliance repair, roofing, flooring (tile and wood preparation and finishing), good communication skills, bilingual welcome but not required, twenty four hour emergency call response outside of work hours (1 week per month)

Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

Ability to handle physical workload

Able to lift, ladder work

practices proper safety techniques in accordance to company policies

Have transportation with current drivers license

Must be able to work independently, with and without supervision, and work with others.

Must pass a criminal background check with no theft, burglary, trespass or violence
