Job Description
The Missouri University of Science and Technology is inviting applications for a two-year funded postdoctoral position for large Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and high-performance computing (HPC). Ideal candidates should possess a PhD in computer science, computer engineering or a related discipline and have a proven track record of excellence in research and development. This role offers a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration, blending cutting-edge technology with inclusive educational practices.

The position will report to Dr. Seung-Jong Park, the Kummer Endowed Professor and the Chair of Computer Science Department. Tasks will include proposal writing, collaborating with faculty members and students, publication of research papers and presentation of research results, and teaching. These activities will be conducted in person and remotely. Candidates will be considered immediately, and consideration will continue until the position is filled.

Qualifications

PhD in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline.
