Lost Creek Wellfield Operators are responsible for operation of wellfield production systems and maintaining regulatory compliance in those operations. This is a shift work position.

Responsibilities include monitoring and operating an in situ recovery wellfield and deep disposal wells, including recording well flow, pressure and operating data and inspecting header houses, wells, pipelines and disposal wells for operational and regulatory compliance while communicating with other facility teams to ensure productive and safe work environment. Inspections and replacements of injection filters, as needed, and completing minor repairs and piping adjustments as well as planning for maintenance. Must perform water balancing of well patterns and adjust flow rates (requires basic math skills), while utilizing flow meters, pressure gauges, and other monitoring devices to optimize wellfield operations.

High school diploma or GED and/or six months or more related experience and training. Strong mechanical aptitude. Basic math skills and ability to operate submersible pumps manually or via DCS to achieve production goals. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
